Going to the Hospital was not how I wanted to spend my week..

7 Months ago..waving goodbye before boarding the plane in London..Africa bound ..He was sick on this day too..I can't help it, it hurts my heart to be so far away..I want to bring him chicken noodle soup and tell him how much I love him and it will all be okay!
No Family and Friends letter today but this was
Elder Lawsons email today to us

Last Monday I was not feeling well at all and before I told you mom I wanted to figure out what it was, so last Monday I went to the hospital. They took blood and everything was negative for what they thought it might be, then I came and emailed and as soon as I got up to go I blacked out small, I sat down and blacked out again so then at this point we had called the mission doctor and President and it turns out the Barneys (Mission Nurse and Husband) were actually in Sunyani so they took me for another blood test, came out negative so Tuesday I wasn't feeling well but I went out, same symptoms fever sore throat weak all that jazz and a really bad back ache so I came home and it was killing me so I went and had more blood work done came out inconclusive again. I felt great but then terrible, I couldn't walk more than a mile my back was hurting so badly so I was sent back to the hospital. (aah not like American hospitals at all) after some ex-rays more blood work. nothing so I just went and had a urine test I'll get that back soon as for today I feel great I'm on antibiotics right now so things are going good just want to keep you updated don't worry about me everything is fine and I'm doing well I have a lot of people on my side.

I love how Elder Lawson said "don't worry mom" I worry but I also know he is in good hands and the Lord is watching over him. He loves his mission and the people of Africa. He said he wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I know he struggles at times but he can overcome his trails, I know he can do hard things!

Wanted to Share his email and ask our family and friends to please keep him in their prayers. Thank you!
